Treeview: anchoring manifest title

Description

The manifesttitle should be anchored at the top of the treeview panel while scrolling until the succeeding title comes into view which in turn should be anchored at the top.

• the ancoring title is always the one which includes the actual item selected

• Bug: if you click on a page you loose the ancor (manifest title isn't ancored on the top anymore)

User Stories

As a user, when I scroll in the treeview, I want to keep the title of the manifest in view, otherwise I don't know where I am.
