bookmarking: third party application short notation the bookmarking doesn't open to exact shared sheet

If you want to send the bookmarking via third party application with short note, you do not get the exact sheet. Example: Rocket chat

I expected the following to happen

you should go to the correct page when you click ob the link.

On the contrary, I observed

• you go to the wrong page

or
