Pannel Grouping

Feature Requests

Description

The Idea is that we put two panels in one by using kind of tabs. As a first step we can bring the panels contents and metadata together. The Implementation should be configurable, so that projects can decide which of the panels they want to see by default.

User Stories

as a user i want to have a clearly arranged view. if there are more than 4 panels, the content becomes confusing and small.

Classification

Is this feature an enhancement of existing code or a completely new feature?
