defaults to 0, if it is turned on, it: * shows a keywords search field in extended search, querying the subjects index * displays keywords in result details * makes each of these keywords a link that stars a search for that keyword In addition, toggling the extended search form has been improved. Note: in practice this doesn’t seem like a particularly good feature as keywords are rarely given to records consistently or completely. Neither in a single catalogue nor across the catalogues of a metasearch.

It turns out that Chrome/WebKit and PHP do not preserve the original order of array items if they are considered equal by the sort function. As we want to preserve the original order of the URLs, just put the ones with titles to the front, we now add the original index to the object itself and compare the original indexes in case both URL have a title or no title.

This way the positioning is more constant: the export links appear at the right of the right-aligned text and the optional (depending on media properties) KVK link is added at the left.
