and change the paths where necessary

defaults to 0, if it is turned on, it:
* shows a keywords search field in extended search, querying the subjects index
* displays keywords in result details
* makes each of these keywords a link that stars a search for that keyword

In addition, toggling the extended search form has been improved.

Note: in practice this doesn’t seem like a particularly good feature
as keywords are rarely given to records consistently or completely. Neither in
a single catalogue nor across the catalogues of a metasearch.

It turns out that Chrome/WebKit and PHP do not preserve the original order
of array items if they are considered equal by the sort function. As we
want to preserve the original order of the URLs, just put the ones with
titles to the front, we now add the original index to the object itself
and compare the original indexes in case both URL have a title or no title.

Localisation strings need to be provided in pz2-client.js and locallang.xml
if a localisation is desired (we continue to use the name set up in the
pazpar2 configuration otherwise).

Only two English localised names are included right now.

Remove the catalogue name from it.

Indexdata fixed the sort order in pazpar2 1.6.1.

This way the positioning is more constant: the export links appear
at the right of the right-aligned text and the optional (depending
on media properties) KVK link is added at the left.

* extra span for the label (hidden by default)
* styled to appear next to each other in a list
** move lengthy link names to titles, use short titles instead
* also display KVK link for non-book records with a ISBN

* make all configurations settable from TypoScript
* add a few new ones
* Flexform will still override TypoScript, even if empty values are set :(

and send an event so Zotero notices the dynamic changes

the logic for this is in the pazpar2 XSLs now

they create TYPO3 warnings

* it's redundant because it's already in the short title
* without it the Edition field will not be displayed at all in some cases (e.g. Nationallizenzen)
