* use WorldCat xISBN Service to determine »different but same« books
* display those books
* load the neares library holiding those books
* display that library along with the book

The tooltip could remain around if a click was made while the tooltip was
visible and caused the page layout to change such that the history moved
out of the area beneath the mouse cursor as a consequence.
The tooltip is now explicitly removed in this situation.

So far we cut off the list after a pre-set number of items. Now:

* create all items
* Hide the items beyond the maximum number by default
** do this in a way that there are always at least three items hidden to prevent disappointment
* If items are hidden, show a link to show all of them
** This will survive facet usage (and a still-active load process), but it is reset after the next search
* special treatment for the unknown language facet which is always displayed

* add 'zzz' language code to records without a language code
* sort unknown language code to the end of list of facet items regardless of its count
* improve localisations for unknown language display strings

(the default limit set by Suhosin on SLES 11)
