Circumnavigate SSL errors

SSL errors can occur whenever downloading data. This is currently only handled here: https://gitlab.gwdg.de/text-plus-collections/mona-pipe/-/blob/main/src/monapipe/resources/open_multilingual_wordnet/load.py?ref_type=heads#L32 It should be handled for all resources.
