different project id's seem to need different fcs-endpoint-descriptions

the aggregator does not show two resources if the following are provided

    - url: http://tgfcs/TGPR-372fe6dc-57f2-6cd4-01b5-2c4bbefcfd3c/fcs
      name: Digitale Bibliothek
    - url: http://tgfcs/TGPR-99d098e9-b60f-98fd-cda3-6448e07e619d/fcs
      name: European Literary Text Collection (ELTeC)

i guess this is due to the endpoint descriptions beeing exactly the same

so we shall generate them dynamically for each project id
