Fixed a bug in the random noise generation

This is the official release in support of the book Nanoscale Photonic Imaging, Salditt, Egner and Luke (eds), Springer Cham (2020).

This will be the release, numbered 1.0, that I will make available in support of the Nanoscale Photonic Imaging book. CT demos do not work, and the documentation is out of date/non-existent.

Working version for three-dimensional reconstruction of molecular orbitals, successful on simulated data

This tag can be used to as reference for the proxtoolbox as it was used in 2019 and early 2020.
It gives the code before a restructuring of the package due to Sylvain Gretchko and additional changes by Matthijs.

In particular, this version shows the status of the code as it was used for Jansen, Luke, et al. New Journal of Physics 2020
