this should fix the faceted search functionality (#75 (closed)).
also it explains the usage of the icon set before a facet in the view by adding a @title with "exclude" and "exclude others". indeed the usage needs some documentation.
#78 (closed) is fixed by a short JS that registers an event on the search icon and form and triggers $.focus().
