Help message for publish.html hidden on non linux systems with !23

Since merging !23 (merged) the message "Drop your Objects here or use the content menu entry 'Publish to SADE' on a TextGrid object from within the Navigator." is hidden on non Linux systems as drag and drop does not work there. The mesage part "use the content menu entry 'Publish to SADE' on a TextGrid object from within the Navigator." is still relevant on this systems. Nice would a default text "Use the content menu entry 'Publish to SADE' on a TextGrid object from within the Navigator.", which gets overwritten on linux,
