publish does not publish anymore after !23

there are some new issues with publish:

• !23 (merged) broke the publish process, as the process iterates over items from #droptarget, but #droptarget does not contain this items anymore.
• on linux the command url.searchParams.get("newpw"); silently fais and execution is stopped, I guess the JavaScript command is not available on old webkit browsers https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/URL/searchParams
