fix(header,tei2tex): introduce backmatter, annotation and qsubject

of type 'editorial-commentary' needed to switch from tabulate to description because tabulate would not handle label macros correctly (https://www.contextgarden.net/Tabulate) and table creates wrong indentations (or nothing at all)
