Updates routine for automatic cube limit generation

Updated 'unequal' routine to generate step sizes that have no more than four non-zero decimal places (Bohr). This aims to reduce the risk of accumulating inaccuracies in post-processing as any output must necessarily contain limited decimal places for step sizes and coordinate values.
