PDF generation depends on the right version of LaTeX installed on the
machine the service is deployed to, which is not neccessarily the build
machine.

Unfortunately, the ServletContext appearently isn't available on
instantiation time, so we've moved to a lazy load model for the
stylesheet.

longer converted to respStmts but rather to the appropriate
TEI elements in the titleStmt.

TODOs include fixing the db2xhtml stylesheet to work with the current
version of the TEI stylesheets, handling for TextGrid based images, and
ideally bundling the whole set of stylesheets with the aggregator.

We don't read the output anyway, and too long output had caused the process
to hang under certain conditions.
