Those showed up as 10-char substring terminated with …, in a heading
element.

If an edition is associated with a work object that it doesn't
aggregate, the work object is manually added to the aggregation tree.

Work around a problem in Android by removing the space inside the header
(after the ;). Additionally, we deliver EPUBs with ASCII safe names now

We use a transformed version of the title field plus the URI plus
a content type specific extension. To remove the URI from the file name
we would need to extract the filename policy and keep track of file
names we already used to avoid duplicates.
