Boxgrid fix for small domains

Hi, my approach to the problem of dublicate box interactions for small domains with <3 boxes in at least one dimension.

I just check for dublicates in the neighborlist and remove them.

Also, a minor thing in a Docstring and at the bottom a suggestion to remove Imo unnecessary line of code.
