New optional template description

Jimena Linares requested to merge suggested_changes into master
  1. The objective is to make the description of the template clearer for the client with links to the available/accepted terms for some fields.
  2. A mandatory field: "project name" has been inserted in the first place with a short description (open to be discussed and modified). if accepted, the field has to be added to all the versions of the template.
