When grading a submission, notifications appear with "Request failed: Server Error(500)"

Thanks for the Feedback; We are aware of this bug, but it appears to be harmless / cause no actual problems, so we never actually addressed it. However, since we are in the process of porting Grady into a new Stack anyway (using Svelte and surrealDB), this bug is expected to vanish (together with most of the other unsolved ones). I will leave this issue open until the port is released, so that we can properly close it then.
