The issue was that the code assumed that the questions of different
cohorts have the same question_fi. I'm not sure if that was the case for
some exams but it was definetely not that way for the one that cause the
problems.

Supplying this flag will use the Default for all unknown values, like
module number, or the solution of a submission type

'plaintext' is the string used by highlight.js in order to, well, just highlight plain text. By using this as the output of rusty-hektor, it is in line with the other options and their compatibility to highlight.js and thus reduces edge-cases in the frontend of grady.
