Ringremoval

Paul Meyer requested to merge ringremoval into master

Ringremoval functions as implemented in the holotomotoolbox (https://gitlab.gwdg.de/irp/holotomotoolbox/-/blob/master/functions/tomography/ringremove.m?ref_type=heads). I used different default values (median instead of mean filtering), that seemed a little more plausible, but that might change in the future.
