Adaption of Fresnel-Tikhonov phase retrieval algorithm to re-implemented BacktrackingPGM.

Change solver algorithm to re-implemented BacktrackingPGM.

Also

  • add nonlinearity low-frequency correction term for CTF warm-starts
  • change minimal iterations of CTF warm starting to at least 100
  • CTF step size is not adjusted with Tikhonov step size any more.
  • Add simple functional operator algebra.

Note: the signature for Tikhonov slightly changed for keyword options.
