Add correction for erf filter transition for homogeneous objects

Jens Lucht requested to merge improve-regularization into master

For homogeneous and weakly-absorbing objects, the first phase (sine-)CTF shifts in dependence of the beta/delta-value. Now this can be taken into account in the commonly used twolevel_regularization.

You can see the effect in this animation, where g takes the role of the beta/delta value and F is the Fresnel number https://www.desmos.com/calculator/rdcs7y3tc2
