FresnelPropagation becomes (more correctly phrased) FresnelTFPropagator.

New features

NumPy arrays directly supported. No need to cast to PyTorch tensors anymore.
(Zero) padding, with adjustable padding factor by npad=2
simulate_hologram simple-to-use function
Scalar (single) distance propagation. No need for auxiliary axes.
correct data type handling.

Closes #32 (closed).
