Fix the stuff from the review the Henrik Brosenne

• Include submissions without feedback in view
• Reviewer 'Next' button should get the next of the same type (same as tutor)
• Get a view for a single student and all of his submissions
• Include username in csv export
• Assign did not compile feedback to tutors as well
• Counter for feedback should only include 'accepted'
• Download button for student submissions
