Not simulating `Free` beads anymore, they will rather be treated as a background concentration of G-Actin in the future. Changed back to a simpler text file for output, since I keep changing the basic structure of the simulations again and gain. Implemented the means to handle assembly and disassembly of filaments, but no mechanism to handle at what point in time this has to happen.
