Panglao ubiquitousness index extended to other organisms

Micha-Frederick Kessler requested to merge panglao_scores_transferred_genes-Feature into dev

The Panglao ubiquitousness index can now be applied to organisms beyond mice and humans. Transferring the UI to other organisms has been implemented in the update_scores function and is automatically applied when transferring genes to other target organisms, if the markers are to be weighted.
