Resolve "Feature Request UpSet Plot"

Implement a multi purpose UpSet Plotting function. Beside others the function will be used two plot the impact of the individual filter metrices on the cell counts. (Same as Venn Plot, but able to show more covariates) Ref. https://upsetplot.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ Closes #294 (closed)
