Utility functions for marker gene and pseudobulk analysis (not related to filtering)

Hi,

I just added some functions I had use of in other projects - mostly related to getting marker genes and expression for grouped matrices (pseudobulks). These are not related to the discussion on preprocessing / filtering, and will probably only be used in custom analysis. But maybe they are of use to someone else as well? Please review :-)
