Filter functions related to #4

Hi all!

We can use this merge request to add the functions to qc_filter.py. I added a gene filtering function, but we still need the automatic threshold-finding for min number of genes, mitochrondrial content etc.

I also made some changes in the notebook, so please have a look at that as well in order replace the existing code with toolbox functions. So please add your code here :-)
