Replace sp_micrograph_selection.py

new functionalities implemented:

• buffer is now a textfile
• writing to and uploading from buffer
• micrographs are automatically uploaded from dir
• select/deselect all images from menue
• saving the results is easier (just one dialog)
• output selected/discarded file can be uploaded from menue
