Win installation instructions

This MR addresses issue #13 (closed) . It adds more details to the installation instructions in particular for windows users, including screenshots. The order of installing the different dependencies is changed (git first, then python/anaconda) such that the PATH variable should now be ready when running python for the first time.

I tested on a fresh windows 10 PC. Noticed that running python in interactive mode in git-bash works with ipython instead of python (what a surprise...)
