23b add missing packages

  • add more packages needed by octopus ( variants in accordance with easybuild, for eg from /opt_buildbot/linux-debian11/sandybridge/EasyBuild_workdir/2022a/easybuild/easyconfigs/ )
  • updated the config scripts to reflect these packages and in some cases add hacks to get the packages recognised by octopus configure
