Changes:

Filter: for numbers of assigned WGs, the dropdown menu only shows the numbers which list publications
Excel Export: print full WG name when multiple WGs are assigned
Excel Export: enahnced clarity by setting first row bold and setting columns width automatically (up to a set maxiumum)
Excel Export: added link to respective RDP page as first column
Create/Edit Publikation: list of WGs is sorted by WG name
