additional "edit-button" appended in the end of the pubdata table

Luca Freckmann requested to merge 47-add-edit-button-at-the-bottom-of-the-publication-view-page into 7.x-1.x

unfortunately it is somehow aligned to the right side of the table, which does not line up with the remaining style of the "publication_view" page
