ci(gitlab): build on every commit to master branch

Stefan Hynek requested to merge 15-make-existdb-updates-versionable-with-hashes into main

this may be reverted some time later on but since build file updates are trigger with an update of .gitlab-ci.yml, looking for changes in Dockerfile and logging config is not enough!
