Revising analysis of MUSE pixtables. Existing approach results in unreliable wavelength calibrations.

Revised how background is set up during CUBEFIT. The new method is based on sparse matrices and much faster for large background grids.

Undid some changes in PTSORT that were implemented to reduced memory consumption. However, they lead to inconsistent output files.
