Adding environment variables placeholders for egi

Klaus Illmayer requested to merge add_environment_vars into develop

If we create a new stack of this container we need to be aware about the three new introduced environment variables: egi_id, egi_secret, token_secret. Adding them into the docker-composer-acdh as placeholders.
