Bugfix/#150 sample data in JSON outputs

Bug fix

Summary

The sample data is no longer considered when creating the JSON files needed for the collation. They are also no longer part of the ZIP files produced.

• I added a statement to the CHANGELOG.

Version number

• I bumped the version number in build.properties.

Readme and general docs

• I updated the README (if applicable) and kept the docs up to date.
