Resolve "Get collation results not working properly" + CI improvements

This MR closes #205 (closed) by setting the correct options for unzip. 7f75f2d2 serves as as proof that it works.

Furthermore the CI config has been reworked so that

• a finished pipeline in the collation repository triggers only the import of the collation results, not the complete build / test / deploy cycle
• all occurrences of only/except have been replaced by the recommended rules
