Feature/#98 implement two viewer instances

Summary

This MR provides…

• an interim solution for creating two viewer instances using what we've got.
• the two instances will be available at https://ahikar-dev.sub.uni-goettingen.de/syriac/ and https://ahikar-dev.sub.uni-goettingen.de/arabic-karshuni/

Use Cases

The project needs a viewer showing the Syriac and one showing the Arabic/Karshuni texts.
