Bugfix/#99 deploy correct version

Summary

This MR provides …

• a new API endpoint with which we can deploy a certain version of the Ahiqar application on a server. ❗ I only consider this important for ahikar-test. IMHO we should take care of the newest version being installed on ahikar-dev.
• a bug fix in checking the deployment token
