feat: add Support Object

Summary

This MR adds the Support Object to manifests.

Since the CSS is currently located in the ahiqar-tido repository, the URL resolves to the latter. This may change after subugoe/emo/Qviewer#42 has been implemented.

Tests

Are we able to test this new feature?

• Yes, everything can be done via unit tests.
• Yes, you can test by following these steps:

1. navigate to ${LOCAL_IP}/exist/restxq/textapi/ahikar/syriac/sample_edition/manifest.json after building the project locally
2. check if Support Object is present

Changelog

• I added a statement to the CHANGELOG.

Version number

• I bumped the version number in build.properties.
