Agree on landing "message"/view of search page

@paul.pestov can it be, that this issue is done with the addition of the search info text?
Only partially I would say. Also #67 (closed) and #85 would count here partially, too. Main question would be how should the search page look when we land on it. Just empty area beneath the search input? A wildcard search result? A placeholder message?

Wildcard results as in showing everything was/is done in lots of projects I worked on in the past. This would be something @kvoigt1 can/must decide. It was done in a "give users the option to browse stuff"… since we offer a search (not browsing with facets and alike) explicitly, I don't see the point in showing everything.
