feat: update syriac keyboard layout

• Go to /search.html
• Open virtual keyboard
• Go to syriac
• Inspect default, shift and alt modes of the syriac keyboard (should switch between each other accordingly)

Focus here is to provide the right characters accroding to the example listed in the issue.
