CI: remove entry point at merge

Description
Developers could/should provide an entry point in index.html so that reviewers can start their review easily. The entry point should be automatically removed when merging the feature/fix into develop.
User Stories
As developer I need an automatic removal of my local entry point in order to make reviewers' lives easier and not introduce errors to the code base..
