feat: unselectable text of list items in annotations panel

Test it

before you could select the text of an list item in the annotations panel like this

after applying the code of this MR you can not anymore.

It's a improvement, because selecting text of a thing that's act like a button is annoying and inconsistent (with all other interactive elements)
