Release 3.2

This release should fix some remaining code smells as well as implement recent TextAPI changes. It also introduces lazy loading to tree.

Updates:

• lazy loading on item level in tree
• loading order during highlighting
• load dynamic fonts through CSS instead of FontFace API
• set default app container selector (#app)
• remove wrapper keys "annotationCollection" and "annotationPage" from AnnotationAPI responses
• add "actor" support in metadata
