TEI stylesheet

in #4 (closed) we installed an up to date version of the TEI stylesheets. in a bare version they are incompatible with eXist's xslt processor as they call unparsed-text() with a relative URI. see https://gitlab.gwdg.de/SADE/assets/blob/develop/TEI-Stylesheets/common/functions.xsl#L1327
