Add fix for Shib and PHP7.2 --> slc param seems to be obsolete

version increased to 1.8.0-SNAPSHOT.

- use Shib with the EDS.php
- use old LDAP login screen for SADE and Co. using WebAuthN2.php
- and use WebAuthN.php for new LDAP only access (puppet)

Copied all files in secure/ from textgrid-test1 to tgauth git.
Deleted old files.

Can be configured in Puppet configuration of TextGrid VMs.
Is to be set in the TextGrid confserv.

Deleted all not-needed stuff.
Added fonts and JavaScripts.
Added Shibboleth JS for searching and chosing the different IdPs.
Updated german and english i18n texts... still to be checked ba DARIAH/TG.
Increased TG-auth overall version to 1.1-SNAPSHOT.
tgauth-client still version 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT.

Some TSL changes Martin did I would think. Comitting for new TG3.0 auth... can be re-done if it doesn't work...
