The new field uses vuetify's builtin validation rules.

The solutions tab can now be hidden. Furthermore, MathJax now renders
for comments as expected.

The rendering issue where angular brackets would mess up the HTML has
been fixed. Also, it is now possible to write multi-line comments again.

Also UserAccounts can now be added to groups and assignments can be filtered based on groups

This allows the reviewer to track students across different views in the frontend or map an entry in the FeedbackHistory list to a natural person

Tutors and reviewers can now add comments to individual lines of the provided solution. The comments are short polled.

For now, every occurence of "student/s" that is visible to the user has been renamed to "participant". We should however think about how we adress the naming in the future.
